- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Sonya, who works the front is GREAT. Mr. Trichell was awful! I had an accident that was credited as my fault. I STRONGLY disagree and always will. Every time that I had to talk to Mr. Trichell, all he appeared to be interested in was attempting to make me "admit" fault for an accident that was not my fault. I asked him many times to please stop rehashing the accident, let me move forward and take care of the claim. I felt that he badgered me over and over in attempt to make me admit fault for an accident that I was not responsible for. He was rude and never appeared to have my best interest in mind. Therefore, I do not have to continue to have my coverage with him! I got coverage from Farm Bureau after having the accident credited to me as "at fault" for LESS than what I was paying with Trichell/State Farm without the accident credited!
