  This was the worst expiriance you could imagine. My mother drove up from texas for my daughters birthday. We took her blue heeler to this place to be boarded for the weekend and paid extra so he could be bathed. Today she went in to simply pick up her dog and they didnt even know where her dog was !!! They sent her to grooming (as if a blue heeler needs groomed) of course he wasnt there so they send her back over to the boarding side and proceed to go threw several staff members with new excuses of why they cant find her dog !!! Then when they finally found my mothers dog he was covered in his own poop ! Not only did they not bath him but they didnt walk him eaither (they had been open for over an hour at this point) ! There excuse being "we havent gotten around to it " !! If you care about your animals do not take them here ! Im so angry at the lack of care for the animals and lack of respect for my mother ! Rose animal clinic im ashamed that you are still in buisness in this town !
