- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The Upper Cervical adjustment I received from Dr. Blacketter absolutely exceeded my fondest expectations. First off, I was very impressed with the precision and thoroughness of his initial exam. After the adjustment my legs started working normally (previously if I walked slow or stood still I had to sit down to rest and regain feeling in my legs). Additionally, my sense of balance has greatly improved, my digestive system is working better. It's not only my spine that is better, it's my whole body. I am a b ig fan of Chiropractic.
